St. Joseph’s Home of Springfield required a new Dementia Wing Addition to their existing care facility. The new wing would serve to house and care for new dementia residents. The project consisted of a new addition to include site work, concrete foundations, structural steel framing, masonry exterior, doors and windows, new resident rooms, laundry facilities, kitchen areas, roofing, flooring, new electrical and mechanical systems. Project also included a new parking lot, courtyard and screened-in porches and drive-through canopy.  GHR provided complete MEP-FP design services and construction administration for this project.
